Aarth Electricals is a proprietorship engineering company led by Mr. Dhaval V. Patel, with over 18 years of specialized experience in the transformer industry. Operating from our purpose-built manufacturing facility at Aatmiya-2 Industrial Park near Vadodara, Gujarat, we specialize in the design and manufacturing of Power, Distribution, Furnace, ESP, and Dry-Type Transformers up to 5 MVA in the 33 kV class. Our focus is on delivering reliable, technically sound, and application-oriented transformer solutions that meet customer requirements and applicable industry standards.
Our engineering and manufacturing capabilities cover the complete transformer manufacturing process, including CRGO core cutting, coil winding, insulation, tank fabrication, assembly, testing, and final inspection. For applicable dry-type transformer requirements, we also undertake vacuum-cast resin coil manufacturing. Every stage is supported by systematic quality control and testing, with a strong focus on electrical performance, mechanical strength, operational safety, and long-term reliability.
In addition to new transformer manufacturing, Aarth Electricals provides transformer repair, rewinding, overhauling, testing, erection, and commissioning services up to 75 MVA in the 132 kV class at customer sites across India. From manufacturing and testing at our facility to on-site execution and commissioning, our experienced team supports customers through every critical stage of the transformer life cycle.
